1.多喝水。水是一种最好的溶剂,作为血液的主要组成成分,水参与人体内营养物质的吸收、消化、运输、代谢等功能。研究发现,骏丰频谱水对大鼠学习记忆具有一定的改善作用,还具有增强冬凌草甲素对食道癌细胞的体外抗癌作用。平时生活可以多喝对人体健康有一定促进作用的饮用水,例如经特定电磁场处理的骏丰频谱水。
